SENIOR SPOTLIGHT

Each one of our seniors reflected on their time at BBCHS with the golf program.

“[Golf] is definitely a humbling sport,” senior Claire Mountain said, “it’s not just about the sport, it’s about the memories you make and the person that you become. This school has been amazing to me all four years and I’ve had so much fun playing on the golf team.

Senior Callie Goering, when asked about her one takeaway from her time as a member of the golf team, shared what she loves about golf.

“Golf is a humbling sport,” Goering said. “You can learn from it. You’re going to have good days, you’re going to have bad days, but you’ll always have golf and from day one you can keep improving. That’s what’s great about it.”

Senior Kennedy Allen was not able to play due to a back injury, but offered her reflection on what the sport has taught her.

“Patience. You have to be very patient to be able to play and in life you have to be patient with everybody,” Allen said.
