BBCHS prides itself in maintaining the highest level of financial recognition from the Illinois State Board of Education since 2004!
Each year, the District undertakes long and short-term financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Pertinent financial documents are released and posted on this website. Something you should know…..
Student attendance impacts education in more ways than one. Research shows that there is a relationship between attendance and performance in school. What most people don’t know, however, is that there is also a relationship between attendance and school funding. A significant portion of the district’s revenue comes from the state of Illinois in the form of General State Aid. A major factor used to determine General State Aid is the average daily attendance (ADA) in a school district. As ADA increases, state aid typically increases. Therefore, your child’s attendance impacts school funding. Let’s work together to increase student attendance and reap its rewards!
